Kirsty Mills and Gavin Francis in Conversation

Join Gavin Francis and Kirsty Mills as they discuss their recent books – Gavin's The Unfragile Mind and Kirsty's Get Well Soon, both frank and revealing explorations of how we cope with illness and trauma, and how we can find resilience through curiosity, kindness, humility and hope.
