These are the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this website (https://nairnlittletheatre.org.uk/) and the sale of tickets for most performances and events at the Theatre.

Additional conditions may apply to some ticket sales, please see the relevant show booking page for more information.

Additional conditions apply to other services offered by Nairn Drama Limited, such as the hire of the Theatre, or to members of the Nairn Drama Club, these are available upon request to those who require them.

By placing an order for tickets, you confirm you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions detailed below

About Us

The Little Theatre is a trading name of Nairn Drama Limited. Nairn Drama Limited has its registered office at The Little Theatre, King Street, Nairn, IV12 4NP and is registered in Scotland no. SC215744. Nairn Drama Limited is a registered charity regulated by the OSCR SC013628.

Terms of Sale

All tickets are sold as non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation of a performance.

If an event is cancelled, Nairn Drama's liability will be strictly limited to the customer making the original purchase and the cost of the tickets purchased.

We reserve the right to introduce discounts, price changes, or alterations to the performance without prior notification.

It is your responsibility to check, upon receipt, that your tickets are for the correct production, date, and at the right time.

Where possible, it may be possible to exchange tickets up to four days prior to the performance to another performance of the same show subject to availability.

Event Cancellation

In the event of a performance being cancelled or postponed refunds will be made to the original purchaser only, via the same method that was used for payment.

We will contact you as soon as possible in the event of any changes to your booking, offering you the option to rebook an alternative date where possible or a refund if preferred.

The Little Theatre also hosts performances and events by other groups. If you have purchased tickets for an event or show at The Little Theatre from another Company or organisation directly, not from nairnlittletheatre.org.uk or our Box Office, then we cannot refund these sales. Please contact them directly.

Online Ticket Sales

Our online booking allows you to book a maximum of nine tickets per performance, for larger bookings please contact boxoffice@nairnlittletheatre.org.uk.

Accessibility Requirements

Visitors with reduced mobility, or other accessibility requirements, please contact boxoffice@nairnlittletheatre.org.uk as soon as possible so we can make your visit as comfortable as possible.

General Conditions and Admission

We reserve the right to refuse admission or take any such action as may be necessary to ensure the safety of our customers.

Latecomers may only be admitted into the auditorium at a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.

No cameras, camera phones, or audio/video recording equipment can be used in the auditorium except where otherwise specified.

For operational reasons, such as to accommodate visitors with access requirements, Nairn Drama may need to relocate customers to other seats on the day of the performance.

Some performances and events may be filmed for commercial, marketing, archival, or educational purposes. By purchasing a ticket or attending or participating in an event or performance and accepting these conditions, ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience or in their participation.

Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the Theatre.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
