Jess Smith

Jess Smith’s family spent ten years travelling Scotland’s coastlines living in a single decker bus. They were part of Scotland’s Travelling people. Jess has penned her cultural journey in a collection of books and she loves nothing more than sharing tales and singing songs from those early times. As Nairn was one of her stopping places it is a joy to be invited back again to the vibrant Nairn Book and Arts Festival, to relive those early memories.
