New Writers

Creative writing students from the University of the Highlands and Islands present ‘New Writers’ – unpublished short stories and poems, based around the Festival theme of ‘Wild Sides’, read and performed by UHI students and other selected writers.

Devised as a work placement project with the festival by UHI creative writing students Gary MacLennan and Heather Blackley.

Part of the 2024 Nairn Book & Arts Festival
